In just 3 short weeks, I will be on my way to Paraguay! (crazy, right?) I have been accepted for an internship teaching English. This is my first time out of the country, and I can't wait to finally use my passport! Never mind that I look high in my passport picture-I get to live in Paraguay for three months! I'm so excited to travel! I want to see the whole world.
On this blog, I will be sharing pictures and stories of my adventures. You can experience Paraguay too ! Or just be jealous that it's going to be summer time down there when it's winter in the states. If you need an escape from winter, keep checking back for updates!
My goal for 2015 is to take as many opportunities to travel as possible. You could say that Paraguay is an excellent start ;) Okay, it's awesome. I also want to revisit Hawaii, spend some time in California, and maybe even pop over to London or-random-Ontario (but we shall see about that). New York could be a possibility too!
Topic hop. In other news, I found a little piece of Hawaii in Utah :) Dole Plantation has the best soft serve that I have ever had: pineapple whip. It's so tangy and sweet. On my thanksgiving break in Utah, I ran into it at Krave! If you've never tried it, you have to. As far as I know, one of the only other places you can find it is in Disneyland. (which isn't a bad option either)
